Can't unlock Advanced settings on Nitro 5 an-515-57

i regret buying acer laptop cuz of this my laptop has 3060 rtx i7-11400h 1x16gb ram but its bios sucks with only 3 options in advanced unable to change gpu-cpu-ram settings i tried modiefing it but the modife sucks i cannot change memory confuguration on the modify so i unstalled modify came back to the old one said maybe there is some keybinds so i can unlock advanced options so i tried every posibble keys i entered bios 2851 times still 3 options in advanced cant change any thing i have last bios from drivers i spent over 4 hours u acer suck i regret buying this s#tty laptop im tired

u typed this with brain or what? most laptops now contain advanced options from where u yap and say they don't and lets say they don't have there will be a way to get bios advanced stuff with Keys but this laptop contains no Keys to unlock advanced nothing its literally impossible and about bios i have modified it and unlocked all bios options the reason im here that bios doesnt let me configure memory options its grayed out thats the reason im here to see if i can get original bios advanced but acer sucks so

Ok aitwa5, so lets say that Acer allows their users to unlock the bios for a full on overclocking (like in gaming desktops do) of the gpu-cpu-ram settings, how are you going to cool the AN515-57 with the extra heat that it produces from these modifications? As that is the reason why manufacturers have stopped the modifications of their laptops, as allowing it, damages the laptop reliability!

Acer has stopped modifications and/or overclocking of their laptops a long time ago, as allot of users (like you) damaged their laptops and they blamed Acer. The way your Nitro 5 AN515-57 cpu/gpu thermal module is designed is for what the max performance that Acer has set the AN515-57 laptop to perform at, be happy 😁and happy gaming and computing!

It’s hilarious that you think your complaints about Acer actually matter. Just because you’re frustrated doesn’t mean you have a valid point. Most laptops come with limited BIOS options for a reason—they’re built for users who don’t want to turn their machines into overpriced bricks, especially budget ones, are designed with limited options for a reason.

If your memory settings are grayed out, it’s likely because Acer knows better than to let someone who clearly doesn’t understand the implications of advanced settings mess around. Instead of whining that “Acer sucks,” maybe consider that not every laptop is built for someone with unrealistic expectations. You can whine all you want, but the hardware limitations are still there.

Instead of blaming Acer for not catering to your unrealistic expectations, maybe it’s time to face the facts: If you want full control over your hardware, stop expecting a budget laptop to perform like a high-end machine. Invest in something that actually meets your needs instead of throwing a fit over a device that wasn’t designed for you.
