Didn't get Microsoft package in acer swift go 14

I recently purchased acer swift go 14 but I didn't get genuine microsoft package. Why?

    If you purchased a new laptop, and the model is one that has Windows pre-loaded, it is a genuine version. What makes you think it is not?
