Sending my laptop for service on 2nd October 2024, requesting URGENT USE BEFORE 14th October 2024
They send me the quotation on 3rd October 2024 and I give them FULL PAYMENT on that day (with reminded, it's URGENT USE)
Follow up the progress on 10th October 2024. The Acer Care Malaysia informing me on 11th October 2024, that the part of my laptop was sending to Kuching, Sarawak while the location is Penang, Malaysia. It's quite different!
It's 14 October 2024, I still didn't get nothing progress.
How careless your team! Why taking so long for sending the part to the engineer do my laptop! Sent to wrong location?!
I am requesting URGENT! Please do check your team. It's ridiculously service I ever had.
I am not recommend to everyone use Acer product because this customer service is too bad!
