Does anyone else have charging problem with Aspire 3 A325-42

So I got an Acer Aspire 3 A325-42 laptop 10 days back and I have been constantly getting some or the other problem with the laptop, the charging LED light won’t come up and it won’t charge. Tried using different charger, yet nothing changed. Tried all troubleshoot available on forum and everywhere else, nothing worked. I have used a dell, hp and lenovo laptop so far and not once have I ever had a problem within. 2 years of any laptop’s purchase. The worst part is there is no manual or drivers available for this model on the website. All kind of suggestion are welcomed. Been constantly contacting the customer support which so far has been disappointing.

    If possible try to remove the battery and connect it back again

    If removing and reconnecting the battery doesn't resolve the issue, it might be a hardware issue
