I have Etensa 4420 and recently ctrl+c and ctrl+v stopped working how can i fix it ?

    I have an Acer Aspire S7 191 6400

    The ctrl key always types an "m"

    Microsoft support says its an Acer problem...

    does anyone have a fix?
