Acer Aspire 5 A515-51G- Delay after pressing the power button, no response for atleast 40 seconds.

I have an Acer Aspire 5 A515-51G (Intel i5 7th gen, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, 2GB NVIDIA GEFORCE)

Whenever I press the power button, there's no response for atleast 40 seconds. It suddenly starts booting normally 40 seconds after I press the power button. This problem suddenly started around 2 months ago.

The laptop still performs really well. I even tried removing the HDD and replaced it with an Nvme SSD and the problem still persisted. I ran Memory diagnostics, and it showed no problems. Tried changing the boot order and boot mode and still nothing happened.

Currently my Task manager shows "Last BIOS Time: 38.3 seconds". I have tried everything I could.

This could be a hardware issue of the power rail, power button contacts or a failing diode. I recommend bringing the laptop to a reputable PC repair shop in your area.
