Predator 18-71 I went into the app and no data was visible but predator sense app was running

I had a problem with my Predator 18-71, the modes did not change, it worked with the balance mode. After that I went into the app and no data was visible but the predator app was running, so I uninstalled it from the control panel and reinstalled it. It turned on, but it asked me to upgrade from Microsoft Store, I did it, but it got stuck again and the application stopped responding. I uninstalled the compiler again from the control panel and reinstalled it again, but now somehow it doesn't respond even when I press the predator button. help me...

I'm guessing you have a Predator Helios PH18-71 model, but that's not clear. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like xxxxx-xxx-xxxx. Also, let us know which OS is running and which version of the BIOS is installed. There were issues with some versions of Predator Sense when the BIOS was updated but the app was not, or visa versa. You shouldnt have to go to the Windows Store if you are installing the correct one for your model, OS and BIOS revision…
