Black screen, after logging into the uefi bios, nothing helps

I say right away I have a laptop. There is such a problem that I wanted to Reinstall Windows. But there was one problem, my display was broken, but half of the screen is visible there. So, when I went to uefi bios (or didn't go because it turned off, and I'll tell you what happened next) and after I went in, I just have a black screen. The joke is that the laptop makes sounds for 10-12 seconds, and stops making a sound (the cooler also stops). And since my screen is broken, I play through the TV, through HDMI, and when I turn on the laptop

what kind of sounds? if it is beeps, check the number of beeps and pattern. The count of beeps should indicate any possible hardware issue.

Yes, with an external display the system should act like normal if you have the displays set to duplicate.
