Predator helios 16 PH16-71, in my predatorsense can't see where to configure speed curve of my fans.

in my predatorsense I can't see where to configure the speed curve of my fans because when I put the speed on automatic I don't see them increase to more than 3600 rpm making my processor reach 100 degrees I have to manually set it to 5000 or if I set it to maximum speed at 6000rpm my fans sound too much of course they lower the temperatures up to 75 degrees but it's too much noise I want to know what I can do to be able to configure the curve of my fans or that you recommend an application that allows me to configure it because I understand that acer does not allow other third party applications to modify the speeds of the fans for example msi afterbuner which I use a lot for pc

These are all the the Acer PH16-71 laptops i9-13900HX and the i7-13700HX cpu' and gpu temp charts in ECO and Performance and turbo modes as tested by Acer, as long as your fans/temps perform at the below levels everything is performing normally as this laptop can reach temps of 110C as shown below.
