Changing the fan on Acer V3-771? Is that is the changing operation difficult or complicated?

So, I have an old Acer v3-771 that is very dear to me. Recently the fan has been making more and more noise, so I did a stupid and cleaned it with taps of canned air. After that, the fan has started to make a high pitched noise that is both annoying, and concerning. So I'm guessing it is a time to change the fan to a new one, and I managed to find a new one online for about 30€ which is not bad.
However, my concern is that is the changing operation difficult or complicated? I have zero skills in this kind of stuff, I can hold a screwdriver but I'm always worried about breaking some connection or the motherboard etc. I watched some disassembly videos, and the biggest thing seems to be disconnecting the fan and the heatsink from the motherboard, and I'm really worried about ruining something. I have to do this myself, because there aren't any repair shops around where I live.

Hi, replacing the fan is easy, make sure you disconnect the battery first, you can get a new fan here:

You will need to take the mainboard out to replace the fan after you have unscrew the back cover and taken the keyboard out, as I have extensive experience with this laptop as my Aspire V3-571G is the exact laptop and I've taken my laptop apart many times😀, also be aware that Acer does not list just the thermal fan for the Aspire V3-771 laptop in its service guide, it lists the fan and thermal module as a part number, (see caption below).
What I suggest is that you search either eBay or Ali Express for thermal fans only as they are available for this old laptop. Btw, I know and do appreciate when you say that this laptop "is very dear to me" as my Aspire V3-571G that is a virtually the same spec with its 3rd Gen i7-3610QM cpu / M560M gpu but only 8GB total ram, is very similar as your V3-771, and I've had my laptop since new.
