ACER Veriton 2640G, re-installed Windows Pro ,Windows not activating

Hi I have a ACER Veriton 2640G, re-installed Windows Pro, but it won't activate. Came with Win10 PRO, How do I activate it withou the key or when its not picked up from the BIOS in this case?

There are several different Veriton 2640G models, yours should have another letter before the '2'. Most of these came with Windows Home, not Pro. For those that did come with Pro, the key stored in the BIOS should activate Pro. What error do you get when you try it?
