Everytime I reboot it's says "preparing automatic repair", then, "Dianosing your PC". Then it goes through 2 stages of fixing which takes hours and hours. Eventually gets to a restart screen. Once I restart it goes through the whole process all over again. Can anyone help?

To break the Repair loop, you can either reboot and right after the Acer logo press Alt+F10 to trigger WindowsRe with the blue Trouble shoot screen or boot with the Windows USB Recovery disk, that can be made on another PC with the same Windows version. Once the Troubleshoot menu appears click on "Reset this PC" without losing my files or in Advanced click on Restart with F4 (Safe mode) and in Safe mode find the system problem with MSconfig.exe or uninstall the video drivers in Device Manager and reboot.

The reason why you are getting the "preparing automatic repair" loop itself is caused by Startup Repair failing to fix the Windows startup problem. A failed Windows update degraded hardware like memory or a hard drive or missing or damaged system files corrupted by malware. You may also encounter this problem due to a driver issue for a specific piece of hardware or a registry error.

It isn't easy to diagnose the cause of the automatic repair loop before fixing it. The best way to get past that Preparing Automatic Repair screen is to try a few fixes and see what works, so look at this guide here "How to Fix the Windows Automatic Repair Loop". Follow these steps as it should fix this loop so hope this helps you out.
