Acer Nitro 5 - About the HDD security password which I never created.

I had installed a Toshiba Hard disk drive of 1TB on my Acer Nitro 5

laptop. The laptop was working fine but from yesterday, during boot (and the boot process is very slow) , a bios window pops up to enter the password for the HDD which I never created. It says locked and needs password to unlock. But I don't know the password.
Toshiba model : 61J0TELHT - TOSHIBA MQ04ABF100

The SDD works fine and is unlocked. My two drives /D and /E just disappeared which were from the HDD.
I have also provided some photos too.

I have surfed the whole internet and got no solution. Please help me.

Also, after entering the wrong password three times, it shows some key which I don't know what to do with.

There is a workaround for these passwords, so search the web as we cant post any bios password hacks on this community as its forbidden by Acer community EULA (End-user license agreement). Have a look on You Tube video "How to reset bios password acer laptop | Clear forgotten bios password" that is as far as I can go😁 good luck and hope you sort this annoying thing out.

I have searched every corner of the internet and found nothing that could help me.

This is weird, on the Bios menu under security tab, the "HDD password is " is set disabled. That's why I can't even reset the HDD password from there. Can any HDD lock itself ? Is it possible ? Or maybe some damage due to external force cause the hard drive to lock itself ?
