Currently experiencing the following issues:-

Sound is very low - not sure if this is an ongoing issue with other people or just a standard feature of the laptop, but if there is a fix let me know

Dull colors on any monitor I connect it to. I have tried many solutions including turning off HDR and changing Nvidia control panel settings.

Every time the laptop sleeps, I can't log back in to Windows. It keeps saying cannot find PIN.

Zoom consistently crashes.

Hi, the low volume is because of the very basic Realtek ALC255 audio chip and small speakers, you need a good quality headset for Hi-Fi sound or external speakers with a small build-in booster/amplifier. Both Media Player and DTS have equalizers that can boost the volume by 12db and turn on Enhancement in Advanced Sound settings, switch to Movie instead of Music in RTK Audio Console also helps.

The other issues are very easy to fix, read this forum how to uninstall the video driver in Safe mode with DDU and just reboot (don't install VGA driers) and change your User Account (not local but Microsoft) or create a new administrative account and then delete the old one.

Speaking and owning a Nitro laptop the low audio volume is the same in my Nitro laptop too, I suggest that you install a sound enhancer like FxSound (do not use DTS as its not as good) that is free as this will balance the volume of the Nitro audio and will also add their presets equalized sound for different audio sounds. I'm using this enhancer on my Nitro 5 laptop, and it works perfectly and enhances the sound perfectly.

With the graphics use DDU graphics and audio uninstaller in safe mode and reinstall the latest NVidia graphics driver for your AN16-51 laptop, make also sure that the Intel driver is either the Acer provided version or the windows updated version that is compatible to your laptop, do not update the Intel graphics/audio drivers to the latest Intel graphics versions as they will cause screen flickering and will affect audio, as these drivers affect audio/graphics on your Nitro AN16-51 laptop. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
