Degree of cpu become higher after 1 month of paste replacement in acer nitro 5 an515-45

I have acer nitro 5 an515-45 with ryzen 5 5600h. I repasted the it in 01/08/2024 about a month ago when I start up the laptop the degree range from 60C to 65C. if I want a somthing it range between that too.
But there is an update came in 24/08/2024 I installed it the temperature increased when I start up the laptop it ranges between 70C to 80C no thing is ran on the laptop. so I tried to uninstall this update but the same issue remain. so I make a cpu test on cinabench23 and the score decreased than It's score in the same day I repasted it? so should I repasted it again or do another thing?

Hi, 70° to 85°C. temperature is OK for the Ryzen5 5600 CPU, that can sustain 95°C., turn off Turbo Boost and set the fan speed to maximum when playing, leave the power adapter plugged in 24/7 and keep the battery fully charged (100%).
