Whether they're red, green, or blue, vertical lines on a computer monitor aren't a good sign. Although it could mean your monitor is getting old and may soon need a replacement, it may just be you have a faulty HDMI or DisplayPort cable.
The drivers of your monitor can be also outdated, which causes flickering or stripes. Updating these drivers is a simple and efficient solution. Go to 'Device Manager' via 'Settings' or the search bar and click 'Monitors' Select and double-click the monitor with the issue and go to the tab 'Driver'.

Needless to say in an all in one design there is no HDMI or DP cable. :) There is a cable that goes between the motherboard and display though, and it's slightly possible that is the culprit. We can't tell you whether you can add an extended warranty package to your system after the warranty has expired, for that you need to contact your vendor or Acer in your locale.
