The Audio Jacker should be at the back pf your Acer SA272E monitor in the red circled area that I've shown below, if its not, then the SA272E monitor does not have an Audio Jack out but its got speakers as a sound source.

Not every monitor has an Audio Jack port, as you don't need to connect the headphones to the monitor but to the laptop or PC computer that you are using, as that is where the Bluetooth is paired and the Audio Jack is for the corded headphones to connect to, so that is the case of your Acer SA272E monitor model. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

If the monitor has an Audio Jack it should have an icon like below at the back of the monitor.

There are a bunch of different SA272 E models, there should be more letters after the E that define what's installed and not installed on your specific model. Yours might have a single Audio Out jack, no jack at all or both an Audio Out and Audio In jack. It depends on whether there are speakers included or not, and which video port types are installed.
