Acer Aspire 5 Thin and Light A515-58M Laptop, exchange related Issue

I have ordered today for an Acer 1 x Acer Aspire 5 Thin and Light Laptop 13th Gen Intel Core i5-1335U Processor (Windows 11 Home/16 GB/512 GB SSD/Microsoft Office) A515-58M with 39.6 cm (15.6") Full HD Display, Steel Gray, 1.75 KG ₹52,999.00. It's ordered under the exchange scheme. I have yet to receive my laptop I ordered for. But the Cashify wants to pickup my old laptop. I can't participate part with it until I receive my new laptop - Acer Aspire. Please clarify the issue.

    DrNautiyal_3050, Acer community is a member's community of people just like you, we have nothing to do or any ties to Acer India in your country and we can't have influence the delivery of your order of the Aspire A515-58M laptop. Get into contact with Acer India or your country where you bought the Aspire A515-58M laptop from.

    If you sold your old laptop on Cashify (formerly known as ReGlobe) and they want to pick your old laptop up then make sure that you format the old laptop and backup all you valuable data before you give Cashify this laptop. We don’t have anything to do with Acer India or Cashify that you sold your old laptop to. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
