Acer Nitro 5 Display not workiung, getting no proper support from acer.

I am from Nagpur, India and I have an Acer Nitro 5 laptop and all of a sudden it's display stopped and then I connected the laptop to the monitor throught HDMI port and it showed display for few minutes and then turned off. The laptop was giving the display flickering problem since buying it and through the internet research this model has this very common problem and lot's of people complaining about it.

I tried the toll free number, it did not connect, No reply on whatsapp chat number either. So I went to the two service center in the city. one service center said they don't have engineers present to check it. And the other service center denied checking the laptop without raising support request. Which they should raise on behalf of the customer since we are visting the service center. Very poor support from Acer.

Edit: I have chatted with the customer agent, and they have told me to go back to the service center and if they reject to check the laptop call a particular number. Apart from that my laptop is out of warranty so I will have to bear a cost of something that I clearly a manufacturing defect. I will never buy acer products again for sure, apart from the bad service support. The product quality itself is very bad.
