Acer Extensa 215-32 How to access Basic Input/Output System (BIOS) as an Admin?

Acer Extensa 215-32

When entering Basic Input/Output System, almost all settings are Greyed out. What might cause this? After publishing this question I am going to try again enter the BIOS and search for any settings and update this post. IS this manufacturer thing, or what? I would love to get an Answer.

    I have set the password for the supervisor and gained back most of the settings, but some of them are still greyed out.
