Acer Spin 3 SP313-51N does not power on. tried battery reset but no go.

Won't turn on.

Laptop was working as normal and then it ran out of battery, so I plugged it in (potentially a faulty charger). Normally when plugged in it turns on immediately but it didn't so I waited until the charging light turned blue.

As the laptop still didn't turn on, I reset the battery and then plugged in another charging source but it still didn't turn on.

Finally, I opened the laptop and disconnected the battery cable, pressed the power button for a minute and then replugged both cables (battery and charging). The laptop still didn't turn on and now no charging light is showing. I repeated the battery reset but nothing has changed.

Would appreciate help on starting my laptop.

Your system is only a few years old, so it would be unusual for the battery to have failed. Is there any chance the power button itself is not working right? Can you feel the click when it's pressed? There are a couple of different base versions of the SP313-51N models. Does your have the USB-C port or the TBT ports on the left side? The TBT versions will have the lighting bolt symbol…
