We purchased 4 PCs of ACER, VERITON in March 2024 and two of them found faulty.… The PC is getting switched off abruptly in between the working, and further not booting… after one or two days again the PC will boot and the same is repeating.. we have lodged complaint with the customer care, and they have changed the mother board 3 times, but still the issue existing…This one is a central government office and we are doing the data analysis work , and smooth working of PC is mandatory….The service network is an utter failure and no support is getting from anywhere.. my last complaint was on August 6th 2024, but still pending… what we have to do for a permanent solution of our problem.
