Hey there,

I am facing a serious problem after updating the BIOS I think. Once in a while if I restart or boot up then wifi or other things don't work & I can't even turn it off (I have to force shutdown) but normally it is completely fine. So what do you suggest ? should I revert BIOS or can it be a driver problem ?

You can't roll back BIOS, the only way is to reprogram the EEPROM by Acer Services in your country. Try to Reset the system without losing your files, type RESET and click on "Reset this PC" with the option "Without losing your files".

First go into the BIOS and use F9 to reset it to factory defaults, then F10 to save and exit. It might just be a parameter that's mucked up.
