caps lock (and num lock) key Indicator on screen stopped,the indicators to alert are not working now

When I turned on or off the caps lock (and num lock) key, the screen would show an indicator to alert me of it. That stopped. How do I reactivate it?

Download and install Acer Quick Access program again that generates these popups.
