The best and quickest read/write M.2 SSD that I can recommend as I've been using Samsung SSD drives for many years and I'm also using this 990 Pro NVMe M.2 SSD drive from Samsung also, that will be ideal for your Swift Go 14 SFG14 73T laptop that has a Gen 4 x4 lane M.2 slot is the Samsung 990 Pro NVMe V-NAD SSD drive (its not the cheapest but its the best) I'm also using this drive in my Swift X SFX14-52G laptop and its lightening fast. Don't just take it from me only, click on the benchmarks that were done below.

Have a look at the Tom's Hardware site at "SSD Benchmarks Hierarchy 2024: We've tested over 100 different SSDs over the past few years, and here's how they stack up" as this is an extensive benchmarking tests of 1Tb 2TB and 4TB Gen 3 and 4 and 5 M.2 SSD drives. Good luck and hope this helps you out. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

When you started this thread, you were asking about overheating issues with a SFG14-73T. I believe those were answered. It's always better to start a new thread when you want to ask questions about a different model, like your 8th gen SF3. They are very different machines, and you just end up confusing readers when you try to mix and match. People looking at this thread are going to be people with the newer Swift Go models, so answers about your old machine won't be relevant.
