This is likely due to pre-installed programs-bloatware consuming all your available resources, an incompatible program, a bad/corrupted driver or corrupted Windows system files. Not BIOS. Just do a "Reset this PC" "Without losing my files" option, type reset in Windows Search bar. If you have "Receive Optional Updates" enabled in Windows Advanced settings "Check for updates" you will get the latest drivers and firmware from Microsoft for your system before they are published on Acer Support, but you have to keep Windows up to date, latest version is Windows11 23H2-22631.4037

The latest BIOS is 1.16. You can try it out:

BSOD just happened 3 times today, I am quite panicked now, as this system would not be usable in few months then.
I will need to swap this with something else then.

Is there any changes that you did on your unit? and could please tell me which one did you choose from the BIOS/Firmware options?

@Jack22 Just the regular updates from start. RAM was updated from 16gb to 32gb, from start. Mine one already has the latest 1.16 BIOS version as you can see in previous attached image.

Does the BSOD occur when you are gaming or does it just happen randomly?

@AnhEZ28 Initially I thought it was because of gaming, but it just happens randomly even just watching YouTube or just browsing.
I did set it in Turbo mode at those times, now I have set it to performance mode if same occurs.

Do you see any stop code when the BSOD occurs? It is next to the QR code.
