CN314-72P-760X Laptop not charging. Acer concept 3D.

Serial number: D1EW14A001B

We have 2 Acer concept 3D laptops, my sister used my charger in the morning and around 1 hours ago, I plugged it into charge my laptop but it simply didn't work. I tried checking it on my sister's laptop, but it didn't work on her laptop as well. We only have a single charger. There are no signs of burn or cuts on the charger. What should i do?

    Get a second charger, what is the full laptop model like: ConceptD 3 Ezel Pro CC315-72P-74ZN?

    It's just ConceptD 3, I will add a photo, it's the first laptop on the left. I checked online it doesn't have option for the country I live in and I couldn't even find the charger online.

    The model number is on a sticker on the back of the laptop, I've provided the adapter and battery for the ConceptD 3 Ezel and Ezel Pro - ConceptD - have a look for a set of number like these as that is what the ConceptD 3 is identified as > CC315-73G/CC315-73P.

    Yes, that is the caption that we needed👍, The below is the suitable adapters and battery for your ConceptD CN314-74P-760X model laptop (which it shares with the model I've given you above) this information is from the official Acer service guide.

    Note: that if the charging problem is not from the adapter, then you have a problem internally in the main power/charging rail of your laptop that only an experienced technician can diagnose and fix, as it could be a shorted/burnt mosat, capacitor that is stopping your laptop from charging, so either take/send your ConceptD laptop to Acer Tech Support or a good technician in your area.

    Below is the mainboard of the ConceptD CN314-72P-760X model laptop and the red circled area is the DC_IN port where the power trace starts and goes into the charging track of the laptop, which your laptop has problems with if your laptop is not charging, it could be a battery thing also, have a technician diagnose your top of the range Acer ConceptD laptop as your laptop is a flagship Acer product.
