Acer Nitro v 15 is dead after 2 months no response, idk reason currently it is in service center

No battery light no charging light no response completely dead is it supposed to happen because I didn't expected that one thing from a 80k plus laptop to be dead in 2 months

    Unfortunately, the Nitro V15 series are having a high RMA rating!

    Recommend taking the laptop to Acer Services in your country to reset the system to default and replace the battery. Hope this helps as the laptop is just two months old.
