My swift 5 (SF514) laptop back panel got deformed within 1 year. I got it changed during warranty. Now, once again my back panel is looking with lot of bubbles and deformed. This is causing noise due to friaction with cooler fan. I have contacted customer care and sevice centre at Hyderabad. There is no response from service centre. They have confirmed whether back panel is available in stock. This is my first premium laptop. I have used many low cost laptop of different make. Till now no such melting issue observed. This is series conern and should be addressed by acer.

If we knew which model you have (there have been a lot of SF514 models over the years) we could get you the part number for the bottom cover. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like SF514-xxx-xxxx.
