Custom Fan Control Setup for Predator Helios Neo 16 on Ubuntu (Pika OS)

I recently installed Ubuntu (Pika OS) on my Predator Helios Neo 16, and I've been trying to set up custom fan control to better manage my laptop's thermal performance while gaming and running heavy applications. I haven't found any built-in utilities or software in Pika OS that offer deep control over the fans like the PredatorSense software does in Windows.

I'm looking for guidance or advice on how to proceed with setting up custom fan control. Specifically, I would appreciate help with the following:

  1. Any available tools or drivers that support fan control for Predator laptops running Ubuntu.
  2. Instructions or scripts that could be used to manually adjust the fan speeds.
  3. Safety precautions to keep in mind to avoid overheating or hardware damage.
  4. Experiences or tips from anyone who has successfully managed fan controls on similar hardware under Linux.

If you have scripts, can you please specify the language and dependencies needed? Additionally, any GUI-based tools would be greatly appreciated as I am more comfortable with visual interfaces.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!
