Hello, recentely my XV252QZ monitor started showing distorted image.
I have tried different DP cable and HDMI port. I have also tried resetting monitor to default settings. My graphics and monitor drivers are latest vailable.
I belive this is a problem with the monitor itself, because the problem persists even when neither HDMI nor DisplayPort is connected.

I am from Latvia and tried contacting Acer support using this link: https://ame.answers.acer.com/app/ask-baltics
But it seems to be not working. Nothing actually happens, when I try to send message and I do not get any confirmation. Is there any other way to contact Acer support in Europe?
