Whenever i try to record a voice message it makes either loud buzz sound or no sound at all. i have tried various drivers. I even contacted Microsoft support twice but both times unable to solve the problem. I thought the problem could be on the hardware. but even if the internal mike is faulty, it should have been able to record the voice from the headphone.

it records the same buzz sound when i insert the 3.5 mm jack headphone. so what could be the issue?

this problem has been continued for months but sometimes the mike will miraculously work Can you please share your wisdom on this matter. i am literally frustrated. thanks
