Acer Chromebook spinCP 311-3H - How to get pass the initial updating after hard reset?

My Acer Chromebook spinCP 311-3H after doing a power wash on it yesterday, then a hard reset today, only goes through 2 instruction prompts, it enters language, then I can enter the internet information after then it goes to updating, after updating page, it returns to the connect to network, but it shows my internet is connected. When I press next, it goes right back to the updating page and the entire process explained continues over and over every time. I am not able to get to the next page which should be to enter my email address and complete setup.

Can you try connecting to a different network? it sounds like it's having troubles connecting to Google's servers.
