Battery wear level. Should i be concerned in nitro 5 laptop?

So, I recently checked my battery wear level on my acer nitro 5 laptop. and it showed 6.6% with only 10 months of use. I was concerned and looked up many websites and didn't find much. I just looked it up again and now it's 7.5% already. What should i do?? I am concerned. Is it normal?
