Aspire TC restored to Windows 10 By Itself

Help. I am a high school teacher, and we were donated a brand new still in the box Aspire TC desktop. We had it all set up yesterday, and it was working. It restarted and went back to Windows 10. I can type in the search box or click the windows button. I have no idea how wipe it out and start over.

Which TC model is it? There have been a lot of different ones over the years. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like TC-xxx-xxxx. Most of them have a process you can do at the initial boot time to start a factory recovery, though some types of Windows updates wipe that out and require a recovery that doesn't have any of the Acer optimizations.
