"Base System Device" and "PCI Simple Communications Controller" drivers missing on Aspire TC-588

I recently lost the acer OEM version of my Aspire TC-588, so I decided to manually install all of my drivers from the Acer and Intel website.

The only drivers I downloaded were "Intel Wireless Bluetooth Drivers" and "Intel 6th-10th Gen Processor Graphics" from the Intel website.

In the device manager, it has an exclamation mark next to two devices in the "Other Devices" section. I tried updating through Windows Update and I updated the drivers through the Device Manager, but it said no drivers could be installed.

Which driver would I need to download from here in order to resolve the issue?

Follow this guide "How to get Hardware ID from Device Manager in Windows 11/10" for the missing type of drivers in Device Manager for the exclamation marked Base System Device and the PCI Simple Communication Controller as that guide will show you how to identify the driver and which driver it is so that you can install the correct drivers for the Other Devices section of Device manager.
