Hi @zeffer what exactly do you mean?
-Copy operating system, applications and data
-Copy only applications and data
-Copy only data

Cloning the operating system to use on a different computer will give you OEM licensing issues, I would only allow a change of computer if you have a commercial Windows license, that is, you bought the license.
Applications must be installed again, except those included in Windows that will be installed by default, a clone will not be useful in this case either.
As for personal files such as photos, documents, videos, music, etc., you just have to copy from the old disk to the new one.

There are software packages that do the transfers for you, either using the data transfer cable or the network. It's not standard with the OS or with the new computer.
