startup issue with Swift 3

I do have many ACER SWIFT 3 laptops. One of them refused to start after being left unattended without power supply. In the past, I only had to plug back the charger and it worked, but not on this time. I changed power supply.. nothing.. if I do press the power supply button for 30 seconds.. nothing.. if i do press the RESET hole under the casing, an amber (orange) light turns on for about 15 seconds then turn off. I replaced the battery. same problem. I retried POWER and RESET buttons, no success. what coud be the solution ?

Which Swift 3 model do you have? There have been a lot of different ones over the years. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like SF3xx-xxx-xxxx. When you replaced the battery, was the replacement an original one from Acer or from a third party?
