If turbo boost is disabled, the speed may be too low, so locking the speed would be preferable.

Change the (Attributes) value from 1 to 2 (0x00000002) on the right side of the two paths - both must be modified.

E-core

Inside the power plan settings, you will see two new options under the processor section - one for P-core and the other for E-core speed. Enter your desired CPU speeds. For example, in the image below, I set P-core to 3300 and E-core to 3000. Alternatively, input your desired CPU speeds based on your requirements. You can check the temperature in the image, which should be sufficient to play most games without overheating.
