New bios update? does it has to be done before changing the CPU? And is there any specific reccommendations?

There are only two BIOS updates for the Predator PO5-605s models, both look like they are only microcode updates to fix security issues. It looks like some systems may have shipped with an i9-9900K on board, so you should just work. The F model CPU just has the internal GPU disabled and you likely have an external GPU card in the PCIe x16 slot, so you don't need the onboard. Note that the K model CPUs do pull more power, so they run hotter than the non-K models.

Hopefully you will have done all the other upgrades first before getting into a CPU change. You are running off a SSD, have the memory maxed or at least up to 16-32GB and have a decent GPU card? CPU changes are rarely worthwhile.
