PREDATOR SENSE PROBLEM! Not Responding/working

Hello! so i never had this problem with my predator sense since the last update that was automatically updated on my computer last week. my predator sense stop working if

*laptop put to sleep- the fan will stop and also the keyboard lighting, and i cant access the fan control and lighting RGB on the predator sense app

*idled or doing something for hours- I've been working on my laptop using google chrome and putting the fan control to auto and after for hours the predator sense stop working i can't change the fan control even the rgb light on keyboard are not accessible

I've tried all the things i have search on youtube, reddit, and here but still the problem always comeback! the latest thing i did is to

1. uninstall it from remove app programs and install the latest version
2.run Win+r and type MSCONFIG and checked selective start up - load system service -load startup items

For now everything is alright and will comeback if the problems consist…

Please @Customer_Help me with this! fix the predator sense!!!!!! listen to your customers! I'm getting tired of uninstalling and installing this app! specially that it's affecting my work and damaging my Laptop CPU and GPU Fan control!!! this is a serious problem!

The Predator Sense software problem(s) unfortunately haven't got any solutions, your best solution is to contact Acer tech support in your country and get an answer for the fix for this software from them. Unfortunately, there are not many fixes that community members have found out for either the Predator Sense or the Nitro Sense which I've also experienced installation problems with, but I've managed to work out a solution of how to reinstall NS after a clean install of Win-11 onto my Nitro laptops OS and to be able to use the keyboard NS key to trigger Nitro Sense.
