Nitrosense app is no longer monitoring cpu/gpu while gaming with the latest update

The nitrosense app is no longer monitoring cpu/gpu while gaming with the latest update. Only when you physically have it open on the display. I reverted back to the old version, and it was working but it somehow updated again by itself and now it's doing the same thing.

    Same problem to me. I have a Nitro V15 anv15-51. Can i ask you what model do you have, what old version have you reverted to and what exactly have you done to revert?

    Have you try to disable the automatic download on the Nitro Sense app after reverting?

    I have the same exact model you do haha go figure. No, I didn't even think to try turning off auto update. I completely uninstalled nitrosense from the uninstall programs in settings. I found the old version under the Acer support page in the drivers and downloads section. Under applications. version 4.5.959

    I have tried another time to revert to old version and immediately disable automatic updates in Nitro Sense Setting but again it autoupdate to the newest version after reboot.

    Does someone know if there is a way to mantain the old version?
