hello everyone, i want to add m.2 ssd in my Acer Nitro 5, and I need its subsystem, and what about PCI-e?

Can I set PCI-Express 4.0 x4 in 2 slot, or I need 3.0 x4

Hi,

Your model supports PCIe3.04 but you can use a PCIe 4.0x4 because it's backward compatible with PCIe 3 SSD slots, you won't get the full speed of a Gen 4 SSD, so I would suggest you get a PCIe 3.0x4 M.2 SSD and save some money.
