Support for Model not available on Acer Aspire Lite Gaming AL15G-52 Laptop

Hello,

I purchased an Acer Aspire Lite Gaming (ALG) Laptop on 18 July, which got delivered on 20 July. The model number is AL15G-52. Why am I unable to get the drivers for the device or check the warranty information of the device? Why isn't the model showing on the list while selecting the model. It was purchased via Acer Online store. The snapshot of my laptop's back is attached herewith.

    This model is only available in India and Acer is currently trying to put all the drivers on the support page.

    You can directly contact the local Acer about the warranty inquiry.

    Regarding the drivers, they are all preinstalled, and no need to update if the laptop runs fine. Some of the drivers' updates will show up in the Windows Update.

    I am really sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact the warranty dept.

    If your laptop is in warranty you can contact the warranty dept.     Go to the website support.acer.com - chose your country.   On the new page - scroll down -  click on "contact support".  Scroll down.  You can find the phone no to contact the warranty dept.
