I purchased my Acer helios-predator 300 computer a while back in 2021.

I had to reset my computer because of a virus.

Upon starting up my computer I was greeted with this message "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "Ok" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation."

I clicked ok and then my computer restarted, and I was greeted with the same message creating a never-ending loop.

What should I do in this situation?

Laptop model PH315-54? What program indicated that you had a virus attack; it is virtually impossible for Window11 23H2 Defender to allowed that unless you or 3rd party AV programs disabled some of Windows security features also legit Windows system files can be detected as "malware" by these AV programs and when removed will corrupt Windows. Try to Reset Windows again by rebooting and as soon as you see the Acer/Predator logo press Alt + F10 and you should get the blue Troubleshoot menu with the "Reset his PC" option with or without losing your files (select whatever works). If that failed, consider bringing the laptop to Acer Services in your country to reset the system to factory default fro a small service fee.
