Overheating problem in Aspire A715-41G

So I have been facing this overheating problem from past an year now . Used to think that maybe it's because of summer season . But now its overheating for literally nothing in even cold [sensitive Content] weather . I am not even running any apps .

It heats a lot more when plugged in but hangs without plugin . I do hear the cooling fan and also the hot air coming out of the vents but when I used softwares like MWmonitor and speedFan , they couldn't detect the fan .

I highly think there is some internal problem . Should I get it checked in a service center ?
