What thickness of thermal pads should I use for the VRM memory chips on the Aspire A715-41G?

I need help with figuring out what thickness of thermal pads is needed for the VRM memory chips. I had seen conflicting information about either mm 1,5 or 1,0 being fine. I can't easily get my hands on K5 Pro (heard that is what is used by Acer), so this is why I am asking.

The Aspire A715-41G does not have any thermal pad thickness sizes specified by Acer, you have to work that out yourself as every laptop is different, best is to get the Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad Extreme which come in two sizes of 120x20mm and 100x100mm @ thicknesses of 0.5.1.0.1.5,2.0 and 3.0mm so use those and build the thickness up appropriately so that the pads touch the thermal module at every vram chip for best cooling, as for a none gaming laptop like the Aspire A715-41G this method would be the best option and also use their cpu/gpu paste like the Kryonaut Extreme, so try that out as using the above thermal products is about the best that you can get. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
