Can't install missing windows drivers on acer aspire 5 a515-56 laptop

When I got this laptop the first thing I did was install Linux onto it and completely wiped my SSD. I now want to dual boot Windows and Linux, but I am missing media drivers, and after following a few tutorials and trying different driver versions nothing is working. The drivers will show up and I will start to install them in the Windows Installation screen, but then it will say "No new drivers were installed", but that isn't true because after installing the Serial IO drivers my cursor pops up and I can use it now. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the Windows installation, or my Hardware, but I've tried to install it many different ways using different tools to flash the iso.

If any information is needed please let me know and I will do my best to provide it.

Hello! Access the bios, go to the main tab, press ctrl+s and disable the vmd controller. Check if the problem continues to occur.

I tried disabling vmd and the problem is still persisting. Like I said I've tried many different drivers, different USB ports including the USB c, and now have tried turning VMD on and off.
