CB311-11H says 'no internet' when connected to wifi

I need help diagnosing what's wrong with my chromebook.

For info, I have already tried a powerwash and it did not work.

I'm connected to wifi, but it continually says 'no internet' and won't let me log into Google/only use offline. I can use other websites fine weirdly, and no other devices in my home are having the issue, they are all on wifi fine.

Hi @FranB999 have you checked that the password is correct?
You know, don't confuse zeros with oes, or the letter B with the number 8 or upper and lower case letters.
I have seen cases of connecting with an incorrect password but still not being able to browse.
Also check the DNS of the computer.

Yep have double checked the password, it's all correct.

What should the DNS be?

Normally it is set to automatic and uses the one provided by your internet provider, although the most commonly used is Google:
