My touchpad is not working in Nitro laptop

Hello, i did a clean install in windows 10 on my laptop and i cannot get my touchpad to work. I downloaded the drivers multiple times but still nothing worked out.

Device manager does not recognize that I have touchpad and I do not know how to fix it.

I will be really glad you someone can help me.

    You should not install Touchpad drivers, Windows10 will install the MS Precision driver for your Touchpad. Boot to BIOS with F2 and in Info or Advanced tab press Ctrl+S to show the hidden options. Check that Touchpad is set to 12C HID (default) and not PS/2. If you changed that setting press Save changes on exit BIOS. Boot to Windows and in Device manager uninstall all 12C HID drivers you see in Human Interface Devices and also in Other Devices or Unknown Devices, check Hidden devices too and uninstall all yellow exclamation triangles you see. If there are Elan or Synaptics Touchpad drivers in Mice and other pointing devices or anywhere else uninstall those and just reboot.
